What is your current shipping status?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class mail. Orders over 5 pairs will automatically ship via Priority Mail. Print to Order Custom Items take an additional 3-5 business days for processing. We also offer UPS shipping options at checkout.
Please note, orders shipped out of the United States do take longer to be delivered. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your package to arrive.
How much is shipping & handling?
For standard USPS shipping: United States - $6.95 for the first pair, after 3 pairs it's $7.95 and goes from there.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
- The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO”
- Please select 'AA', 'AE', or 'AP' for the State Code.
- Enter Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Absolutely. after placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. If your country is not in our drop-down list, please contact us.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, The Sox Box has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.
Why isn’t my country in your list?
If you do not see your country listed please let us know and we will add you! This means you may be our first customer from where you are!
What’s the scoop on expedited shipping?
We offer USPS Express Mail for $30. This is for 1 pair up to 10 pairs. Express mail is 1-2 business days. This option is available for orders within the United States only.

Will my expedited order arrive on Saturday?
No. We do not offer any expedited Saturday delivery options. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified.
I have a great idea for a pair of socks. Will you make it?
We’re always open to great new ideas! If you have an word idea you’d like to see us sell, please send us a message and we’ll take it into consideration when we develop our next line!
What are your socks made of?
Most of our socks are 68% Cotton, 25% Nylon, 4% Spandex and 3% Polypropylene. Not to worry! When you’re kickin arse during burpees or box jumps these babies aren’t going anywhere! They stay put. Tested by yours truly.
What is your sizing information?
One size fits most. They have a cushioned foot and heel and are incredibly stretchy! Fits women’s U.S. shoe size 7 to 11 and men’s U.S. shoe size 7 to 12.5. The socks are 14 inches from heel to the top of the cuff (unstretched), and fit up to 18-19 inch calves -- more recently fit on customer with 23 inch calves!
Let me also add, I have been known for super thick calves and have the hardest time finding boots to fit. So you thick chicks out there…these are for YOU!
Kids/Smaller sizing fits:
Kids sizes 1 to 6
Women sizes 5 to 9
Men size 5 to 8
Length is roughly 11 inches from ankle to top of cuff (unstretched). 
How do I care for the socks?
Machine wash cold. Hang somewhere to dry.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
We currently do not offer bulk discounts. Since 5% of all proceeds go to help support The Sox Box Veteran Alliance it leaves little room for further discounts - but please be assured that we have priced our products fairly and competitively for their category and high quality.
