Alas we are first to admit that mistakes have and will happen… and while we cannot completely prevent these happenings, we can darn sure do something about fixing them. If you find yourself still reading through these ramblings then see which situation fits you best and what we can do about it.

I got the wrong Sox!

At sock camp, we practice daily on verifying orders. These skills are honed and polished so that our customers should never experience the scare of receiving a Sox Box sock that is different from the one ordered. If you have received socks that you simply did not order please contact us ASAP at customersupport@thesoxbox.com or on our contact page. We will fix that order right away so you can rest assured that your feet will not need to wait much longer for their special friends.

Holy Moly – my Sox shouldn’t be so airy!

It’s a united effort to prevent holes in the Ozone… we use the same approach with elimination of holy Sox. If you happen to come across a holy Sox Box sock let us know within 7 days of the delivery date at customersupport@thesoxbox.com or on our contact page. Most importantly – do not fret – you will be taken care of.

I’ve had a change of heart – my Sox and I must part ways

Relationships are tough, sometimes what you really thought would be true love turns out to be just another crush. Don’t worry, you aren’t alone… we’ve been there. The best thing to do is move on, start over and be a stronger person for it. When you make that decision to split ways with your Sox love then let us know: customersupport@thesoxbox.com or on our contact page. If your Sox are still labeled and haven’t been tried on, you can trade in your Sox for another pair…we can provide you with a store credit or we can refund your purchase entirely.

If an item has been worn or washed then your Sox have now bonded with you and we cannot take them back as the separation anxiety they suffer through destroys them.

Where in the world are my Sox at?!?

Your Sox may find themselves in another part of the world
Your Sox may find themselves behind the wheel of a large automobile
Your Sox may find themselves in a beautiful house with a beautiful wife
Your Sox may ask themselves, well, how did I get here?

Our Sox Box masters are deadly accurate with your shipments but there are several complications in a reality we must accept. If the delivery period is past and you have not yet received your special Sox then please contact us at customersupport@thesoxbox.com or on our contact page. Our support team is here for you! We will research further your order and take the appropriate action on your behalf.
