What is your current shipping status?

In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class mail. Orders over 5 pairs will automatically ship via Priority Mail. Print to Order/Direct to Garment items take an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

Please note, orders shipped out of the United States do take longer to be delivered. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your package to arrive. 

How much is shipping & handling?

United States - $3.95 per pair.  Free on any order over $35.

Please Note: If you need expedited shipping please contact us at: customersupport@thesoxbox.com and we will take care of you.

Canada – $5.49 a pair, $1.50 for each additional pair.

Most countries to include Australia, Austria, Netherlands, New Zealand, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Finland, France – $8.49 a pair, $1.50 for each additional pair.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal Service.

When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

  • The City must be entered as either “APO” or “FPO”
  • Please select 'AA', 'AE', or 'AP' for the State Code.
  • Enter Zip code
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Absolutely. after placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. If your country is not in our drop-down list, please contact us.

Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?

Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, The Sox Box has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

Why isn’t my country in your list?

If you do not see your country listed please let us know and we will add you! This means you may be our first customer from where you are!

What’s the scoop on expedited shipping?

We offer USPS Express Mail for $30. This is for 1 pair up to 10 pairs. Express mail is 1-2 business days. This option is available for orders within the United States only.

Will my expedited order arrive on Saturday?

No. We do not offer any expedited Saturday delivery options. All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified.
